South West: Devon - Wonham Oak Cottages

These two holiday cottages, with stunning views over the valley, have been cleverly restored using local stone and natural products. They have been tastefully furnished to provide a light and airy interior while delivering all the essential creature comforts to ensure guests feel cosseted and fully relaxed during their stay - so much so that we were highly commended in the Visit Devon Tourism Awards 2017

Both cottages have a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area, underfloor heating and a wood burner for cosy winter nights. Hot water and central heating are supplied by a log boiler fed with wood from the surrounding woodland and backed up with solar panels and electricity when required.

Each cottage has a light and spacious bedroom with a sumptuous King Size bed. Both cottages are fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, DVD player and Wifi. A travel cot, high chair and toys are available if you have a little one in tow.

A secluded garden backs on to woodland with a terrace at the front from which guests can enjoy al fresco feasts and the glorious vistas beyond. Dogs are very welcome and guests can walk out from the cottages through our woodland and fields.
